The soft drinks are almost the same that sugared water and, with the help of different flavors and attractors, force you to have another bottle rather than quiet thirst. What is the alternative for these high-calorie meals? Surprisingly, it is quite simpler than you could think. Instead of swallowing kilos of fast foodstuffs, soft drinks and snacks, you should use more fruits. They contain significantly less calories and much more vitamins, micro and macro elements than any hamburger or hot-dog. Furthermore, juicy pineapple or oranges will quench thirst better than any soft drink. Gradually you can get used to fruits as easily as you did to fast food in the past.
