Many people are really bored with exercising. To tell the truth, I used to be bored with it. Sport activists and gym trainers often blame ordinary people that they are too lazy and spoiled with modern way of life and hence avoid doing physical exercises. Although there can be a grain of truth, generally such assertion is too exaggerated. The thing is that the biggest part of people are either too busy to make the exercises on regular basis even once for several days, or just find it extremely boring to repeat similar movements for some long-lasting period of time.
Of course, it’s hard, if not impossible, to find a person who would refuse to have the results which are brought by regular exercising, but in reality very small part of people are ready to sacrifice their personal time and plans for boring activity. Unless you do not take a pleasure of doing exercises or not able to abstract from the process mentally, then you will probably fall into the category which looks at the regular exercising as an hard burden.
Although excuses that you find not to do the exercises may sound really good and reasonable, they indeed are harmful for your health. You may think that you will work hard until your forties and then will relax and reap the fruits of the work, but such plan is more easy in scheduling than in execution. When you reach your forties you may find out that you already do not have a possibility for quality relaxation, and mainly because ignoring the exercises. Even money will hardly help, because, as they say, you can buy drugs but not health and a bed but not sleep.
Earning money can consume all your time and harm your health, and one day you will cross the line when it is too late to prevent disorders caused by lack of physical activity, such as weak heart or high blood pressure. And it will be twice worse that you will know that you could have prevented those maladies just by dedicating about an hour a day for jogging or aerobics. If you do not want to regret the missed opportunity in the future, you should start doing some exercises right now. And in the old age those exercises will make a great difference for you, when you will be far more healthy and active than most of your peers.
But of course there is no need to wait for old age to see the positive influence of exercises. First of all, doing exercises on regular basis will make you look and feel better, will help fight stresses and eventually will positively influence your work, independently what kind of job you have. Secondly, you’ll become more neat and shapely and your regenerated look without doubt will attract the persons of opposite sex, giving opportunities to achieve more pleasant acquaintances. Money can’t buy love as well, but good look definitely can attract those persons whom you like, especially if there is no intention for long-term relationships. So do not waste time and start gain all the benefits of exercising!
